Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mushroom broth**
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Heat up the oil in a large sauté pan over a medium flame. Add in the garlic and ginger and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn.
- Add in the ground beef and brown.
- Once the meat is browned mix in the sugar, broth, salt and red pepper and stir until evenly mixed.
- Remove from heat and serve over schezwan quinoa.
