- 1/2 large purple cabbage shredded
- 2 mandarins peeled, each segment cut in half
- 3 scallions sliced
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2-1 tbsp honey or silan
- 2-3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly crack black pepper

- Place the veggies in a bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over veggies. Toss to coat.
